Once we have a basic understanding of your project, we will send you a flat-fee quote for our services. We usually ask for half the payment before we begin but can be flexible on that if necessary.Preliminary design
We will work from the ideas you gave us to design a preliminary design. We will send you floor plans, 2d and 3d views so you can visualize the garage.Modifications
After each design, we will await your feedback and adjust the plan as necessary. We will continue this process until the design is exactly the way you want it! You don't need to worry about extra charges because no matter how many times we change the plan, the price will remain the same.Construction plans
Once you're completely happy with the design, we will complete the construction drawings. These plans will be designed to comply with your local building codes* and we will work with your building department if necessary to make sure the plans include what they're looking for.
